Terms and conditons

1.1 Liability Disclaimer

JD Mobile Detailing is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items left in your vehicle or to the vehicle itself. Please ensure all personal belongings are removed and secured before our service starts.

1.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are not available. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to promptly addressing and resolving any concerns you may have.

1.3 Appointment Adjustments

We may adjust appointment times or reschedule as necessary. These changes will not entitle you to a refund. This policy allows us to manage unforeseen circumstances effectively.

1.4 Rescheduling Policy

In the event of unexpected issues, adverse weather, or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety and well-being of both our staff and customers.

2.1 Vehicle Preparation Fee

Please remove all trash, personal items, and other objects from your vehicle to ensure an efficient cleaning process. If excessive items are left and we need to handle them, a $20 fee will be charged.

2.2 Customized Pricing

Additional charges may be incurred based on your vehicle's specific needs. We will inform you of any extra costs before or during the service.

3.1 Service Exclusions

We do not provide cleanup services for certain bio-hazards, such as fecal matter. While we do service RVs, we do not handle trailers, horse trailers, or heavy Industrial equipment.

3.2 Right to Decline Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if we encounter unsafe conditions, unacceptable behavior, or hazardous situations related to the vehicle. Our priority is to maintain a safe working environment.

4.1 Immediate Payment

Residential customers are required to pay immediately upon completion of the service. Commercial and municipal clients will be invoiced and are expected to settle the payment according to the terms specified in the invoice.

4.2 Commercial Account Payment Terms

Commercial accounts must settle invoices within 30 days of service. Payments overdue beyond this period will incur a 20% late fee for every additional 12 days. Customers will receive a notification and a 12-day grace period before further action is taken.

4.3 Pricing Policy

All pricing is fixed and non-negotiable to ensure clarity and consistency in service charges.
